VSG Success! I'm HALF My Starting Weight! 18 Mos Post VSG, 3 Mos Post Round 1 Reconstructive Surgery

I am sorry I don't post much at all anymore, but I thought I would share this in hopes that it will inspire a newbie or two.  The VSG is considered "restrictive" only but it's also hormonal.  Sure I can't eat much, but it also helps not to have two much of the hunger hormone roaming around anymore!  ;) 

Anyway, since this is an important milestone, I decided to share it here.  I am less than HALF of my starting weight!!

When I started really resereaching VSG back in March I saw  your videos on youtube and watched every one of them I really enjoy your channel and although I don't have a youtube channel of my own I always go on there for insipriation and through your videos I found just that right down to your "hooping" video :-) So THANK YOU, I am so glad you posted here so i could tell you this. I hope you are doing well and recovering nicely from your bracheoplasty (sp?) and lower lift, I keep checking your videos for updates so thanks for sharing your new post and pic! Continued success to you, you are a beautiful young woman!
