I do semi-professional theater here in NJ. I am working on a show right now and was measured for my costume last night. I'm down 14 inches on my waist. I nearly wept.

Still got them hips though. Ha ha.

I think I might be getting the hang of this now. My hunger has abated a lot and I'm feeling more energized.

My friends are constantly telling me how good I'm looking. It's a real motivator.
