I think the splenda was just enough to take the edge off of the vinegar. The atkins preferred we use cream then milk for the fat content I guess.

Are the carbs not high in cabbage? Maybe not? I was just looking at pickled cabbage the other day in the store and said nah too many carbs (goodness this carb counting is an addiction now lol) but it might have had something to do with the juice it was in not sure.

I am trying to do what USAF Wife says, a carb is a carb, so she counts them all.

The Bacon sounds good though. I guess I will have to google slaw and see what recipes I can come up with.
