KettleWorx
Okay, I went to my exercise therapist on Monday and he recommended I add more weights to my work out routine. He said that kettle bells were easy to use and thought they'd be perfect for me. So I keep seeing the stupid add for KettleWorX at the top here and I'm wodering if anyone has it or has used it. So if you've used it is it worth the $$! Is there another DVD you might recommend. Any other weight workouts you like. I do plenty of cardio so I don't need any cardio DVDs. I already own P90X but I'd like to get a bit more in shape before doing that again.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have Kettlenetics and I like it. I got the DVD that comes with a 4 pound kettle bell and that's enough weight for most of the exercises. Someday I might get a heavier kettle bell too. The instructor is good and not annoying.
For weights, I also like Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight. It is pushing 10 years old, so you can probably get it cheap on eBay.
