Halfway there!!!

I got on the scale this morning, and I'm 1/2 way to the goal the NUT set for me!  Even though I thought my goal should be about 30 lbs. less than what was set, I'm accepting this higher one now, and can always reset it later.  I just can't believe the change since I started this journey in March.  I am so so so grateful for this wonderful tool!

Congratulations on being half way there. Soon you will be at goal and celebrating in so many new ways!! Our journey is not always easy but soooooo worth it!

Thanks Ann and Brenda!   I have never been called a goddess of anything - I kind of like sleeve goddess! LOL  I am actually feeling very humble, awed and extremely grateful about what's happening to me.  Sure, I'm doing the work, but between the tool of having the sleeve and the support here, the work has been made so much easier.  I know there are bumps in the road ahead of me, because nothing stays this easy forever, but hopefully I will be able to get through them.  Thanks again!
