 HI PALMETTOSLEEVE,
THANKS FOR YOUR UPDATE. CONGRATS ON THE WEIGHT LOST AND YOU SEEM TO BE ON YOUR WAY TO A GREAT START! I HAVE MY SURGERY NOV 22 AND I WOULD LOVE TO FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS.

hi hazel! you're so welcome, im glad i can be proof that this surgery works, so that people contemplating the surgery and be inspired. i have such a long way to go, but im glad to have been as successful as i have been this early out. good luck with your surgery, cant wait to see your progress too!

wooohooooo!!! see girl i told you you would do amazing! im soooo exited for you omg 50 lbs thats soooo much weight. Ur half way down 100 lbs !!! keep up the good work. try and get in the gym a little more and you will see the difference in energy level and your weight. Dont allow your skin to get flabby and then decide to work on it. do it at the same time. Good luck and thanks for the update !

You're doing great !! 

I had the same problem with breaded chicken, even when I tried to remove the breading.  I think it might be the grease.  Anyway, I quit trying to eat it and stick to regular chicken.  

Keep up the good work....you're a success story.

hmm thats weird. i microwaved them instead of frying them up. my stomach is so sensitive i guess! i wonder if we're the only ones lol. im not eating it anymore either! thanks so much

And I oven baked mine.  They were frozen breaded chicken strips and there is a lot of grease in the breading.  That's only my guess, but they tasted greasy to me too.

I'm about in the same place  Suregery 8/24  VGS.   I went out today to buy some pants and I must of tried on 30 pairs.  I was a 26 now a 22 some 20s.  I too lost 50 lbs. 

I was at Target adn ended up looking at little hand held weights  you know 3 and 5 lbs.  I looked over and saw a 25lb bar bell....I tried to lift it and it was HEAVY!  That was only half of what you and I have lost.....When you feel bad try lifting what you've lost!
