Ok so I went to sleep already and woke up an hour ago and yes I am wide awake.

So, On Tuesday I went to the farmers market like I normally do to buy avocados
for my Green Smoothies.  Well, I decided to buy Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly!
Gosh I remember about 13 years ago I use to take this everyday with my x husband.
We went through our stage for about a couple of years.  In those days, i weighed 145
to 148.  We were healthy back then and its hard to believe I am almost there again.
However back then i didnt have a saggy skin issue as I do now. I was toned back in
those days.

I bought the Natural Bee Pollen ( not the pill form) It helps with rejuvenation and protecting
the cells.

A supply of bee pollen is like holding a whole health food store in the palm of your hand. This one convenient source is a storehouse of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and oils, carbohydrates, amino acids, over 5,000 enzymes and coenzymes, hormones, peptones, polypeptides and globulins, high concentrations of the nucleic acids RNA and DNA, and a variety of antibiotic substances. Thus, many use honey bee pollen for health reasons.

Royal Jelly

Jelly Royal (Royal Jelly) is a thick, milky substance produced by a special group of young nurse bees (worker bees) between their sixth and twelfth days of their lives.

Interestingly, the worker bees mix honey and bee pollen with enzymes in the glands of their throat to produce this milky substance to feed to the Queen Bee.

Royal Jelly is a concentrated food that is considered the royal gem among bee products. It is jam packed with nutrients, as evidence by the queen bee's superior size, astounding ovulation, stamina, and longevity. Generally, the queen bee lives up to five to seven years, while the worker bees live only for a few months.

This nutrition-packed substance contains all the B vitamins, including a high concentration of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and it is said to be the only natural source of pure acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter.

Royal Jelly also contains 18 amino acids (including essential ones), minerals, enzymes, natural hormones, lipids, carbohydrates, and vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E. In addition, it is said to harbor antibiotic and antibacterial properties. Keep in mind, there are still components that have not yet been fully identified.

I love them both....

Disclaimer:  Please DO NOT take this just having surgery. Please wait until you have been
released to all foods or check with your Doctor if your interested to take this product sooner. I am not a doctor but love sharing nutrition.

If I would have thought of this sooner, I would have taken this months ago but that is just me.

How do I eat in general or how do I eat this stuff?

If your talking about the Bee Pollen, I mix a teaspoon of the beads with about 3 oz of water, wait until
it dissolves a little and drink it. ( about a minute)

Royal jelly is taken str8  just the 1/2 size of a dime. I put it on my tongue and suck it
or swallow.

I have been using local bee pollen for a few months to help with allergy symptoms. I put it in a small amount of liquid and try to drink it real fast,it is worse to me if it dissolves. it is bad enough whole, lol.

It doesn't taste terrible, but it tastes" fuzzy" or something to me and VERY earthy.

don't know if the allergy is better  till spring I guess.

Thankyou for your info.  I have been wondering what I need to add to my diet.. Do you know if it will help the skin. I had WLS Feb. 28th.  I take multi vitamins and additional ones as well. I am thinking of trying it.   Doris QC.
