reaching out of my full liquid comfort zone

 i'm 2 weeks and 3 days post op.  i gave up caffeine 3 weeks pre op and haven't touched it since.  My husband has coffee each morning and recently bought a delicous smelling creamer called Peppermint Mocha.  

Lo and behold, the store has a SUGAR FREE version of it.  for the love of all that is holy, can i have this with some decaf coffee this early out?  

since my taste buds seem to have changed a bit who knows if i'll even like it, but just the thought of anything that isn't : vanilla/chocolate protein shake, cream of chicken soup, vanilla yogurt, i would love something different.  

3 days until purees.  the countdown has begun.  i am crawling out of my skin for some eggs.

 I started drinking coffee a week out (decaf) but I mix mine with vanilla muscle milk light so I get in the protein and the liquid. Makes an awesome ice coffee!
