Feeling sick to my stomach after protein shake?
You could be drinking too fast, or it could be the soy milk. I gave up on any kind of milk in my shakes because it was just too much. I add chocolate shake to water, a little Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa to make it richer (less than 1 teaspoon) a little ice and sip slowly.
Is this frequent or just today? Could it be that your body just isn't having a good day for other reasons?

The same thing happens to me. I fought and fought to find the right powder, the right combination...
I'd drink one in the morning and feel sicker than a dog...almost like a hypoglycemic reaction. Shakey, sweaty, stomach cramping....I finally gave up. I get all the protein I need from food now. I measure servings and count protein all day.
The one thing I can suggest is not drinking them in the morning. Try drinking it after dinner.
Good Luck!

Wowzas I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. It doesnt happen EVERY time that I have a shake, but if I drink it too fast, or with particular shakes. I'm working on getting through them, but I so can not wait until I can get my protein entirely from food. If I work at it I can get in enough protein from food to only need one shake a day now, but hopefully I can work towards not needing any. Some I actually like, but they still make me feel blah.
