I'm on day 4 of pureeds and just this morning tried eggs.  i scrambled egg beaters, threw some laughing cow wedge of sun dried tomato and mozzerella, and a tiny bit of salsa to moisten it, threw it in the food processor, and .... amazing.

How long did everyone stay on purees before moving to soft foods?  I'm scared!

I was on pureed for two weeks, then have been on soft foods for two weeks. I got clearance to move on to regular food whenever i feel comfortable or as tolerated. Still introducing one new thing at a time to see what works for my sleeve. So far no issues unless I eat too fast.

I'm almost 4 months out. I was on pureed for two weeks then told to advance as tolerated, which I did very slowly with very soft foods. I bet I used pureed/soft/mushy food until I was over two months out and I find myself still leaning towards softer foods because they just sit better on my stomach.

Scrambled eggs and omelets are still my favorite food, since surgery.

Two weeks full liquids, 1 week purees, 2 weeks soft foods.  I have had no problems with anything, except grilled chicken breast in week 6.  Too dry.  Otherwise, it's been very smooth.
