FIRST GAIN

Hi All,
Well for the first since WLS this week I gained 2 1/2 lbs, OUCH! It is so easy to fall back to the old habits, I just remember were I came from and I don't want to go back. I had surgery 6 months ago, lost 60 lbs. I love my sleeve.
I told some of you that I have really been sick. I went to the ER yesterday. I have a sinus infection and a UTI, my blood work was great the way the Dr. talked. I will be going to the family Dr this week also. Felt some what better today.
I am not worried about the gain, because I know it will come back off. I want to keep on going.

Hope you feel better hun! You need to focus on getting better and getting lots of water to help clear all that up. You'll be losing again in no time! You know what to do and youre gonna do it!
