I have lost 26 pds and I able to eat mostly everything on my soft stage plan. Yesterday I tried a porterhouse steak (tenderlion only) and that gave me the stuck feeling for a long time won't try that again anytime soon. Looking forward to December 10th Christmas Party and fitting this outfit that I haven't wore in about 5 years.
