Upper GI Today

 Well I had my upper GI today.  They found a 2cm (small) hiatal hernia.  I'm assuming that'll be repaired during surgery.  But I feel of crap!  They had to double my dose because after one I was still fine,  I was still awake through the whole thing and could feel the tube and hear them talking but I didn't give a ****  Was up and leaving 15 min. later.  Got home and now the drugs are wearing out and my stomache just feels raw and bloated and icky.  I don't remember feeling crappy after my last one a couple years ago.  

Nothing really to say just wanted to share.

Ick. I remember NOTHING about mine, but felt groggy for hours afterward.

I did have a medium hiatal hernia. They repaired it and recommended I be very conservative post-op as it healed. I haven't had any problems.
