LITTLE CLOSER TO ANOTHER GOAL.
Hi All,
I lost 6.2 lbs this week, BUT last week I had gained 2.5 lbs, first gain since WLS. I guess I really lost 3.7 lbs this week. So far I have lost 66.4 lbs since WLS. I really do love my sleeve, not just because of losing weight, because of it helps me have self control. My goal is 130 lbs. My goal right now is to be in the 150's, short term goal.
I hope and pray everyone is great!
You guys are in my prayers. Guess What!!! My Mom can say my sister that passed, name and not break down and cry and to me that is A PRAYER ANSWERED. THANK YOU JESUS!! I have been so worried about Mom, she is even starting to get out of the house and do things now. I know there will always be that empty place in our heart, we will always love her, but I also know she would want us to try to go on in life. I know she is in a much better place. I am sure there is still going to be a lot of times we will always break down and cry because we love and miss her, that is normal. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts for myself and family.

And I'm so very glad about your mother. Losing a loved one is an experience we never really get over but with time it does become easier to get aong day to day. I am so sorry for your family's loss! You're in my thoughts! have a great day :)
