Frisco-Easy Stuffed Cabbage !!!!

Looks great, and easy!  I made a deconstructed stuffed cabbage recipe the other day by just creating the meat filling as usual (except no rice), and then mixing in shredded cabbage.  I had to adjust the seasoning and spices after adding the cabbage, but it turned out great!

Elina, I make stuffed bell peppers all the time.  I just make the meat filling as usual, except no rice, and stuff the peppers, top with grated parmesan (or grated manchego) and bake em, they come out great!  I usually parboil the peppers first so they're softer when I stuff them. One time I made it with quinoa instead of rice, but I prefer it without any type of grain.  I can usually eat about 3/4 of a small stuffed pepper at nearly 15 mos out.
