Happy Sunday!  Ms Shell and I are tag-teaming these posts, so I'm jumping in for her today.

B: one scrambled egg w/ 1T onion chive sour cream mixed in
L: baked chicken thigh (no skin) with 2T green beans
S: WW yogurt
D: 2oz pork tenderloin with 2T green beans
S: not sure yet

water: not doing too well today, better get on it!
vitamins: yes!
exercise: walked the dogs

Hmmm, this was the worst weekend (dayum, parties and festivals!) but I stayed on target as far as calories/ protein.

Breakfast: center cut bacon slice

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: 2 oz chili made with turkey

Dinner: Brok's pizza one small slice

Water: yes
Vites: running for pantry now!
Exercise: wii fit in a bit!
