4 1/2 weeks out, what are you eating?

I'm constantly wondering if i'm normal, or what other people are eating a month out, etc... here's a typical day for me.  would love to know what others are having or had when they were a month out.

i am almost 5 weeks (this thursday) and at that point am cleared to slowly introduce all regular foods except for caffeine, bread, rice, pasta.

breakfast: typically 2 oz. scrambled egg beaters with laughing cow wedge and taco sauce to moisten
lunch: 2 oz. pureed/chopped chicken, today was 4 canned carrot slices, have also tried an ounce of sugar free pumpkin custard to get some fiber in and have had it twice this week
dinner: 2 oz. pureed/chopped chicken, laughing cow wedge with 4 small reduced fat wheat crackers.

also typically have 1 or 2 protein shakes with 8 oz. skim or 1 % milk, 1 scoop of unjury (28 grams protein total), the rest of liquids are water or low calorie gatorade if i'm low on fluids. no snacks.

should i be able to eat all that?  it takes me about half an hour to finish meals, and then i'm really full, especially right after the chicken.

I usually have
B boiled egg
L 1/2 can tuna with greek yogurt/cucumber, garlic dressing that I make
S 1-2 oz of chicken with the greek yogurt mix

I have a hard time with still getting my water in and eating any more, it takes up lots of time waiting for that 30 mins before/1hr afterwards where you cannot drink.

On the weekends I have had sauage with my egg, a nibble from the baby lol, I have had steak that I do puree still. I have had turkey it is all good but like I said it is hard to get all liquids in eating all the time. I do take a nibble of quest bar which will last me over a week usually that is how little of it that I eat but sure fixes that chocolate craving. I haven't introduced any green veggies yet until I can get all my protein in with foods. I sometimes have cheese for a snack. I still catch myself at work and forget sometimes that I can't drink and reach and take a sip of my water ooops, it sure is a hard habit to break. I was sick with a cold for about two weeks, I ended up in a stall as well at the same time and backed off of the foods and did more liquids again to sooth my cold. I am now on tylenol 1's to try and suppress my cough that I had for about a week now it is driving me crazy and not allowing me to sleep. I think lack of sleep doesn't make things very easy and glad I did lots of cooking of chicken over the weekend.

cup of plain greek yogurt
3 garlic cloves
a whole english cucumber (peeled and seed taken out)
dill weed to taste, probably close to a tbsp
salt and pepper

I let it sit over night, I puree it all to use for a dressing to add more flavor to my meats to make them moist (6.5 weeks post op). If you are in a further stage I wouldn't puree it but finely chop. I use to eat this all the time as a snack or add it as a salad dressing with plain yogurt but where greek has higher protein in it that is what I use now.
