I know the feeling, 1st time in 19 years I am under 300#'s. It was scary the first time I saw 296.4. I didn't beleive it. I think I weighed myself like 4 times to be sure. I even called my daughter to come read it for in case my eyes were playing tricks on me. Now I am 289.2#'s and it was confirmed by the doctors office yesterday.

Congratulations to you too!! and Thanks!!! You are so right, to have a 2 pop up on the scale in my first number was such a huge accomplishment it was unreal!! 60 more lbs to lose and i'll meet a few new goals!! :)
