9 Month Pic In New York
First, you look great! Sounds like a fun trip. I'm also 9 months out.
I eat 4 times a day and supplement protein shake mix in my coffee (1/2 scoop 2x daily). My plan calls for me to be on 3-4oz of protein 3x a day, but I can only get 2- 2 1/2. With my surgeon's approval I adapted to 4x daily so as not to push capacity.
My focus, now is on 80g Protein + per day, staying around 800 calories (they said I could go up to 1000, but I'm hesitant), and getting my fluids and exercise.
I'm 5'3" and about 8lbs from my surgeon's goal (140 & 'normal'), but still 25 from mine. I was pretty excited to break into the 140's last night

I'm curious now as to why they don't want you to eat more than three times.. I thought with only being able to take in such small amounts you would need to eat more small meals daily in order to get your protein up.
Is there even such a thing as maintaining with a sleeve or are you always having the challenge of trying to lose?

You look beautiful, healthy and happy. I am glad all is well with you. As far as the three meals a day, my doctor used to tell his patients the same thing, but he has come to realize that many of us eat more often and are doing just fine. The big trick is to plan your meals and not graze. I eat five times a day not three and I am 103 lbs. now. He can't complain about my weight. :) The big thing is not to drink your calories in maintenance but to eat solid protein and/or veggies. You are on vacation now, right? Don't even worry about it.
