Loud rumbling Sleeve

For the last 4 days my sleeve has been making itself known to everyone in a 5 foot radius. I have had rumbling before but never this loud or long. Its not painful, just embarrassing

Any suggestions? I tried Gas-Ex.

Mine is worse if I sneak in even a couple sips of liquid while or right after eating.  That is all I can think of- hope it settles down soon!   :)
