oh.my.god. i'm eating a taco.
so i have had no appetite at all for the past week and have had to push to even have an ounce of food per day (intestinal issues). finally today had a little yogurt for breakfast and some cottage cheese for lunch. got home from work and all of a sudden was CRAVING tacos. my wonderful husband went out and got me a chicken taco supreme (crunchy taco, chicken, cheese, sour cream). it is seriuosly the best thing i have had in 6 weeks. lol.
Soft tacos, from Chipotle is one of my standards when I have to eat on the road. Without the tortilla, it even fit (loosely) into my mush/soft protein first month requirements - rice&beans, chicken, guac, cheese. These days I get them with all the veg and salsa, too, and have part of the tortilla if there's room.

Try a lettuce shelled taco....use low fat cheese and very lean meat....healthy and delicious...I eat these about 4 nights a week....and lunches too....cheap quick and soooo good....I actually stop by jack in the box and order 2 tacos and ask for a bunch of taco sauce, then throw away the two nasty deep fried taco mess and save my bag full of taco sauce....making them again tomorrow actually....
