or if you look at Ms Shells posts..   whatcha eating vsgers   i post there but it has been about a month or a couple of months.  but it will give you and idea....  However I do eat more variety today

Hi there! Wow your age took me by surprise as well!
You really do look great!

I would appreciate it if you could email me a day or two ( or more) from your food journal as well.I just saw NUT and was told I need to get protein from food not protein powder.
I have been concerned about how to increase my veggies so have been drinking more protein powder so I can fit in veggies.NUT said I need to get off protein powders.

I can only eat an ounce of meat at a time.
Never thought of putting real veggies in my morning smoothies. I put in vegegreen phytoberry powder in my smoothy.fresh veggies would be much better!

 Thanks - would love to hear from you when you have the time (no rush - sorry about your tenant). I too am a big believer that pills cant replace what we get from food, and was a huge veggie and fruit eater before surgery (unfortunately I complimented that with chocolate and ice cream).
