CHECK IN!!

Hi All,
I weighted 160.9, getting close to my next goal to be in the 150's. It has been a little slow losing lately, but no big deal to me , just thankful that I am losing. Lost almost 2 lbs this past week but not really lost for a few weeks. Well, I haven't ate as well as I could have either. Still fighting a little demon, at least it is little now, not a giant now. my lost today is around 68lbs and I thank God for every lb and his blessing for the sleeve. Still been working out love it, just not as much as I want to because of working, but I still can exercise, no excuse.

I have found out that I have Cataracts in both eyes. I am going to have surgery in my right eye on Dec. 6Th. I am going to get Crystal lens, which is 2,000 a eye, but I will have perfect vision. Our ins will not pay for the lens, but I am not a bit worried, God will  make  a way. The ins will pay for the surgery, but just not the lens.

I hope and pray everyone is doing good. God Bless you all. All of you have a blessed Thanksgiving. We are going to Ga for Thanksgiving. My daughter the health nuts house. She has really came to grip about me having the surgery now. She is very excited about everything now, me losing weight and working out. She has really been my support, finally.

I love my family here at OH and I pray for all of you.

 Happy to here from you again. I was just thinking of you and wondered how you are doing. Sorry to here about your eyes. happy to here about your weight great job. Best of luck with the eyes I am sure you will do great.

Hi Evie!  Congrats on the weight loss!  You have been so successful with your sleeve even with all the stress going on in your life. 

I will lift you in prayer about your cataracts and God will provide a way for it to be paid for.  You know he is faithful and will meet all your needs!

Have safe travels down to my homestate of Georgia.  Hope you enjoy Thanksgiving with your daughter & the rest of the family.  We also will be traveling from the metro Atlanta area down to where the rest of our family lives in Columbus, Georgia.

You both have done a great job your selves working your sleeve. We can do this. Throw Christ all things are possible. Believe me I have to do some talking to the Lord to help me not to get off the WL track. I am a very blessed person as you all are. I will be in Hiram Ga that is were my daughter lives.
