I was 351 at my highest.
My sleeve surgery was January 11th, 2010.
I gave birth to our daughter April 16th, 2011.
My tummy tuck & breast reduction was October 10th, 2011. And here I am now!
Size 12 dress, thank you very much!
I still have about 15 lbs I'd like to lose (mostly off my thighs) but I'm feeling good and so much more comfortable in this body!
And while I'm at it, my husband had the sleeve in April and is down about 100 lbs, too. Here is our updated family!

Girl - you look AMAZING and I am SO thrilled for you!!! I know you from another board we've been on for years and I'm a huge fan of that handsome little man of yours! The baby is an adorable addition and your H is looking GREAT too...kudos to him!

You look great! Another successful post op baby story! You are an inspiration. I would like to have another baby next year. I really was worried about doing the sleeve first but I thought about my first obese pregnancy and I didnt want to do that again! How was weight gain during pregnancy? Was it hard to take off pregnancy weight?

I met my initial goal of 160!
HI!!! I had HORRIBLE morning sickness for about the first half of the pregnancy. I actually lost about 20 lbs at first. The baby was fine and grew at a perfect rate. I gained about 12 lbs in the second half (so I still weighed less at the end than when I got pregnant) and continued losing as long as I breastfed and got some exercise. :)
