Thanks!! I try to stick to these basic program rules each day: 700-900 calories, 60+g protein, less than 40g carbs, 64+oz fluids. I'm not perfect, so I do slip up, mostly by having more carbs than I intend to. But I'm getting better and I'm in counseling for the mental part of things. As for exercise, I play volleyball and do Zumba.
5'5" Goal reached, but fighting regain. Back to Basics.
