Broke 100, just hope I don't bounce back up

Well, after whining about stalling, my weight dropped again I am officially at over 100 lbs lost... just hope that the scale doesn't bounce back up tomorrow...

Today I plan to keep my calories under 800 and sodium low, and do yoga and bootcamp. Hopefully that will help the weight to not bounce back up I know it's silly, but I just REALLY do not want to bounce up to over 164 again!!!

Great job on joining the century club!  Even if you do bounce up a little, you've hit 100 lbs lost regardless and are so close to goal!
