slight dizziness?

yesterday and today i have felt waves of dizziness/fuzziness.  checked my blood pressure and it's fine.  i'm wondering if it's either my thyroid (was adjusted a month ago, going for bloodwork on friday to see what it says) or if its just the weather change/sinuses (I live in NJ and the hot/cold/rain changes is killing me).  also getting bloodwork for vitamins as i have not had that done yet since surgery 2 months ago.

i have the problem of everytime i feel something physically i automatically get scared it's related to the surgery.  anyone else do this and how do you calm yourself down and be rational? 

I have also been getting dizzy spells and have thought it might be not getting enough fluids.  I am in Maryland and you are right we are having crazy weather. I don't have thyroid issues and wouldn't know if that is causing your spells, but I would take it easy and see what your lab work shows.

I'm 09/07/11 sleeve so not to far off from you, I have the same issue, only mines kind of daily, my 3 month labs came back pretty bad i don't eat or drink enough, but it's scary, sometimes i see black spots when i start walking... I didn't have any issues other than heartburn and sleep apnea, so our dizziness could be from two different things... bets of luck to ya!
