Six month surgiversary yesterday. 135 lbs off and feel absolutely fabulous. Just trying to avoid the usual holiday pitfalls to successful weight loss goal. How the rest of ya doin? Sorry I haven't been posting in the last few weeks but my union acitivity and the holidays plus my daughter moving into a new house have kept me occupied. Will try to post more after the first of the year. Take care and happy holidays.

That's OK. Perfection is reserved for the Divinity only. Every journey has bumps in the road including mine. Yes indeed, my sleeve has helped me change my habits for the long term too. May we both have successful weight loss journeys together.

Great hearing from you sleeve brother! You are obviously doing well.
We share the same surgiversary. I'm down 112.5 post-op and 136.5 total with the pre-op liquid diet.

Things have been hectic with me too. I guess the point is for us to do well no matter what is going on in our life.

Thank you and you are doing equally as well. Looks like we are about dead even on our journeys. Maybe a little friendly competition to see who gets to goal first. But you are right, do well no matter what else is going on. Keep up the good work sleeve sister!

Holy macaroni...you are doing fantastic!!

I am celebrating my surgiversary today. I am very happy and find myself not thinking about my size for the first time in my life. With only 12 pounds until goal I feel my decision was one of the best I ever made in my life. My kids think so too...they nearly passed out when I told them WE were going skiing together. HA...the surprises mommy has in store for them!

Keep up the fantastic work!

Thank you and way to go! My kids loved skiing and I am sure you will too with your new you. Wow, almost to goal and century club in one fell swoop. I'm on a bit of a stall right now but I know I will break through, particularly once the holidays are over. Have fun on the slopes.
