all the sweets available this time of year were tempting but i did pretty well today, was in the city all day... the cold and fast walking took a little too much out of me and started feeling dizzy, i did have a tiny crumb of a scone from starbucks that my husband had to try to combat the dizziness (starbucks really doesn't have any protein! ) for lunch i had 2 bites of a grilled chicken sandwhich (minus the bread of course) and that was it.  didn't get nearly all my water in and forgot to take my vitamins with me which means just b12 and multi vitamin today since calcium takes me 5 hours to get it all in (i take 1 chew per hour since it says it only absorbs 300 mg per hour) so will just make sure to take all calcium tomorrow.
drinking a protein shake now and going to low calorie gatorade it for the rest of the night.

I love the city this time of year!  You always get enough exercise with all of the walking, that's for sure!

I live in NY... next time make sure to go to a grocery and get mozzarella string cheese (available at any grocery store) to have on your purse while walking around during the day. I personally have to eat something every 2 hous otherwise I feel weak.

Starbucks is generally bad but they do have these "Bistro Boxes" with protein such as: Cheese and Fruit one, Chicken and Hummus, Protein (eggs and cheese) and a Tuna Salad one. http://www.starbucks.com/menu/catalog/product?food=bistro-boxes#view_control=product

when I'm desperate and on the street, I also just get at groceries stores an Odwalla - Super Protein shakes. they have a few types, not amazing but they do well when in need: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Odwalla-Super-Protein-Vanilla-Al-mondo-Protein-Soymilk-Protein-Drink-32-fl-oz/10403186
