Are you using greek yogurt in your protein shakes?

I'm only in the beginning stages till, 12 days post op.. I was given the ok to jump up to full fluids but I have been having discomfort eating things like the pea soup or oatmeal or anything that is a bit thicker so I am still on some clear broth but have found I can tolerate yogurt and mushroom soup strained, I had cream of wheat made with 1% milk this morning and it was ok too.
I actually picked up a jar of beef babyfood the other day cuz it had a good bit of protein in it. It was a small jar but I got three meals out of it and it tasted soooo good, just like I remember steak tasting like LOL  I was initially shopping for prune baby food cuz I hadn't gone in three days.. it did the trick
Anyhoo I want to supplement with shakes and I have twice already, only when I put a whole scoop in it was too thick and just tasted blecch.. inspite of it supposedly being flavourless.
Plus it makes too much so I'm thinking of half a scoop and adding some greek yogurt along with the soy milk I put in it.
But do you guys add fruit to your shakes? or even the yogurt?

I have shake mixes I like and they call for water but I have added a cup of greek yogurt changing the protein count from 15 for the shake mix to 37 with the addition of the greek yogurt.  I myself like the flavor of greek yogurt.  It reminds me of sour cream, which I love.  It's an easy way to up my protein intake.
I don't know which shakes you use but I ordered from Doctor's Best Weight Loss because it was the identical product that the Medical Weight Loss clinic in this town use but at a substantial savings.  There are a large variety of protein supplements, etc.  I don't know if they're for everybody, but I personally enjoy their products.  Not being much of a cook, I like the soups and there are entrees that I sometimes combine (sloppy joe mix that is vegetarian rather than meat mixed with chili is a real good one).  Good luck, dear.
