Well, it's finally here!
Thursday is the day I get sleeved! I just can't believe how the time has flown!
I live in West Tennessee and am having my sleeve done by Dr. Wayne Westmoreland of Murfreesboro Surgical Specialists. He has excellent reviews and the center is a Center of Excellence so I feel extremely comfortable with my decision. Surgery is going to be at the Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville.
I'm so excited! Freezer is full of homemade beef & chicken stock and pureed meat & vegetable soups, grocery lists and menu plans are already made per food stage, protein powders and Isopure (blech, but I'll drink it anyway) are bought and ready to go. Vitamins received. Bag is packed, reservations made......gah! Am I forgetting anything? Lol
My stats are 260 hw / 242 current / 150 goal.
