My surgeon said Centrum Chewables (I found mine at target for $9) are fine as long as they have the minerals in them. Basically any multi that has minerals is fine. You just have to find the ones that work for you. The Centrum Chewables remind me of the ones I had when I was a kid, and every once in a while they are super sour, but I like that kind of thing. They are also a lot smaller than the Celebrate ones and so it doesn't feel like I am chewing chalk for an hour. I use the gummy fiber ones from costco, not the best tasting but at least I don't want to gag. Then I use the Citrical petites (had to do chewables for the first 4 weeks though).
I have to be careful of additives because of certain allergies. It doesn't hurt to try all the different kinds until you find one that works for you. Plus every Dr is different in they want and require.
