Hey all! Hope it's a good Thursday.
I am detoxing from carbs. Today is day 2. I did well yesterday, although I was up .5 pounds today. Must be water or hormonal weight.
LND: 2.5 oz sauteed shrimp, a few small pieces of squash
LNS: 1 oz beef jerky
B: protein shake
S: coffee w/ 1T peppermint mocha creamer
L: 1/3 cup southwest ground beef (the filling from a southwest taco)
S: greek yogurt
D: baked chicken thigh, broccoli
S: cheese stick
water: over half done
vites: yes
exercise: treadmill later

6 am: vanilla rtd protein shake
10 am: 1.8 oz ground turkey breast
1 pm: 2.2 oz ground turkey breast with tbsp soft cheese mixed in
4 pm: 1 oz turkey (oscar mayer carving board) string cheese
7 pm: 2.6 oz tuna fish in water and 1/2 cup broccoli
water 8 cups already
vits all taken
excercise, can't get motivated
10 am: 1.8 oz ground turkey breast
1 pm: 2.2 oz ground turkey breast with tbsp soft cheese mixed in
4 pm: 1 oz turkey (oscar mayer carving board) string cheese
7 pm: 2.6 oz tuna fish in water and 1/2 cup broccoli
water 8 cups already
vits all taken
excercise, can't get motivated
b: cheese and turkey lunchable (ate about 3 slices of each)
l: ground turkey with cheese, sour cream, salsa, bite of inside of a calzone (ricotta and ham), 1/2 sugar free oreo (yes, they have these!!!!)
d: 1 oz. cheese with 5 mini baguette crisps
s: protein shake and probably an apple slice with peanut butter
have a wake tonight so hoping to get exercise in when i get home.
need more fluids!
vitamins: calcium all done, taking multivitamin tonight
l: ground turkey with cheese, sour cream, salsa, bite of inside of a calzone (ricotta and ham), 1/2 sugar free oreo (yes, they have these!!!!)
