It's Friday!!  Whoot whoot!  Last shopping weekend before Christmas.  Are you ready??

LND: baked chicken thigh (no skin), 3 pieces broccoli
LNS: pumpkin cream cheese

B: protein shake
S: 2.5 oz cheese, coffee
L: greek yogurt
S: 1 oz cheese
D: ribs!
S: not sure yet

water: not quite half done... need to get on it!
vites: yes
exercise: probably nothing

LND- ricotta bake from egg face blog it's amazing
B- yogurt
L-ricotta bake
D-no idea we are going to a hockey game so this will be a challenge, nervous

Vits- check!
Water- intake sucks today, I will make up for it since I'll be out later tonite
Exercise- notta, gonna work on that tonite too

not a good day so far.

woke up and had a protein shake
drank a 16 oz bottle of water on way to work
around 10 i had ground turkey breast burger. only 1.8 oz
and a cheese crisp (fat free)
its now 2:30 and I am trying to eat some tuna with smooth cheese, tastes like tuna casserole.
it really doesn't want to go down. had some customer drama at work and now my belly doesn't want anything.
water is lacking only down half of a 33 oz bottle. i usually drink 2 while i am at work. nothing wants to go down.

oh well , tomorrow is a new day.....
