wow...its 2 days why of 4 months since surgery. its hard to believe. i've lost 78 pounds. its been rough since halloween, but jan 1, im gonna go hard core with workin out and makin sure everything that goes in my mouth is noted. hope everyone is having a good christmas.

day of surgery:
341 lbs

4 months later:
263 lbs

starting weight: 341, goal weight: 150, 1st goal: 250, 2nd goal: 199, final goal: 150
