Hello!

I havent been here for awhile, lots of changes in a year!!

I am down to 176lbs, 20 more pounds to my goal of 157lbs. that will be a total of 100 lbs lost!!

I am now in sizes 12-14 Jeans and Med-Lg tops. (from 26 pants and 3x tops)

I had my one year follow up this morning and my surgeon is VERY happy with my progress, he said I am doing it slow and steady which will provide a longer sustained weightloss.

I am staying so busy now, always on the go!!

I actually spent this last Saturday in the kitchen baking and making candy for family and friends and never got tired and my feet and back werent killing me when I finished working!!

I feel so much better and have more energy than I've had in years!!

I am very thankkful God made it possible for me to have this done, I have my life back!! and Many more years to spend and enjoy with my husband and kids!!

Merry Christmas to you all!!!

Hugs and Prayers!
Angela

I will try to post some updated pictures soon!! And yes I love to bake and create in the kitchen and it was so hard when I weighed 260lbs. couldn't stand for very long without extreme pain in the souls of my feet and my back......NOT THIS YEAR!!!!
