my bad habits have stretched my sleeve (I believe), scared and disappointed! help me!

Slider foods are typically calorie dense, nutrient lacking, sometimes protein lacking foods that slip right through the sleeve. Think chip, crackers, pretzels, mashed potatoes, cereal, some veggies, applesauce etc etc can all be sliders. Some people have different sliders. Pasta, which was difficult for me to eat early out, is pretty much a slider now, I get very little restriction with pasta at this point so I avoid it. Chili, yogurt, puddings are pretty mushy, do not have a lot of texture to offer satiety because you can chew them down to nothing.
