Ecstatic!
Today was a GREAT day for me and the start of the Christmas weekend! I decided to satisfy my curiosity and went to the mall (bad idea sooo crowded) and just try on some items in smaller sizes and some of the L's and XL's shirts fit! I also went down to a size 14! I have not seen that size in ages! I also was able to buy my first bra from Victoria's Secret! Lord knows I needed a new bra! I am overjoyed! This is a very good feeling! I was teray eyed earlier today because the weight loss is starting to become a reality! Also I was looking in the mirror this morning and I was shocked to see that I can see a little bit of daylight between my thighs! My thighs are starting not to touch any longer! If anyone has their doubts about is this is the right decison for YOU! Don't doubt it you will love the results! Merry Xmas everyone and Happy New Year!

I remember that same experience of the smaller sizes and the light between my thighs - and it just gets better - just be careful not to get too careless with the quality of the food and the lack of exercise - those little fat cells are just waiting to start filling up those thighs again .....
