I feel for you! I bounced from 198-201 for about two weeks before I stayed in the "ones". Then I stalled out at 194 for two months, now I finally got down to 189 but I fully expect to bounce around there, too! Weekly B12 shots have helped a lot for me, if not with the weight loss, definitely with the energy. You will make it! I know you will! (Speaking of shakes, I'm going to do liquids for a few days to detox off of the holidays.) I will be your back-up if you want me to kick 200's ass! LOL!
