Support Group
I actually just had my monthly support group last night. I LOVE these people. I go to one at the hospital around the corner from me which is a sister hospital to where my surgery was. My surgeon and the hospital have several groups to choose from, but this one works best for me. We also have a private Facebook group for our support group so we can support each other throughout the month as well.
Good luck tomorrow! Just relax and don't hesitate to take the pain killers if you need them. I don't take pain killers often, but it helped me get out of bed and walk sooner, which got me home sooner. You can do it! :)

Support groups are extremely helpful, no matter what stage you're in.
I've noticed that the people that go to support groups every time tend to be the most successful people... we have people that 'return' to support groups after they regain 40-50% of their weight. It's easier to slide and cheat when you don't go to the support group and don't tell others about your mistakes... and vice-versa, easier to stay on track when you disclose 'oops' moments to others and then they come up with ideas you'd never think of.
Plus, the feeling of support really is wonderful.
I also found a support group by looking at Meetup.Com groups in my area.
