You're ABSOLUTELY right about the "head stuff"...I lost 100lbs in 10 months 4 yrs ago and never did the "head work" and gained it all back...and more! Best wishes to you!!

Thanks! Seriously, he was expecting to have an easier time doing it than me, and he had to ask me to stop or slow down no less than 10 times! And ultimately I beat him back to the top. But we were really sore the next few days! Good to get some exercise even on vacation though.
