I will be 18 months out in 2 weeks was taking pictures of my new shirt and jeans than wanted to share them. I am a size M to L shirt depends how they are made. I am a size 8 in the jeans I have on in this picture went down from a size 32 jeans and was a size 4x shirt. I love love love my sleeve I watch what I eat. I feel great all health problems gone. And the last pic is of my tummy tuck I am 10 weeks out from tummy my tummy tuck it is all healed up but my surgeon said it will take months for all swelling to go down so I am still swollen in the pic. And in the pic you can see what they call dog ears after a tummy tuck he told me after a year if they are still there than he will fix them so they lay flat. I think they look bad but he said they do go down after a year.

Staying with this group has helped me to lose weight thank you all for all your support and I go to my docs support meetings and keep in touch with him which helps. I will be going to college for the first time in my life. I want to be work with people who want to loose weight. I want to be there support when they come in the office for the first time to get started with weight loss I want to be the person behind the counter to get them started and to watch them loose the weight. I also do my docs seminars to talk to new people.

I was 290 lbs before my sleeve now I am 160 lbs.
