gel cap vitamins

I got the ok to finally start my vitamins today. The dietician said to take a prenatal, but when I saw the surgeon today and was complaining about stuff getting stuck in my throat he said to do chewables for now. Only when I went to the pharmacy there was no such thing as chewable prenatals. And there just wasn't enough of what I needed in the others, so I opted for some smaller gel cap maternity ones. Then after I wondered. himm can we do the gel caps?

my surgeon has me puncture the gel cap and drink the liquid inside.  that's for my vitamin d3.  I purchased on his recommendation Bariatric Advantage Multi Vitamin & Calcium both come in chewables.

Are you in the US? I wonder if that's why you found them. I'm not really into ordering online and pay for shipping for something I will need on such a continual basis. I guess I better call my clinic and ask if I can take the gel caps.
