Alberta Supplies

I did it  I contacted Dr. Aceves office by email today to book my surgery for around February 6, 2012.

Now to get working on my supply list for food after surgery. There are so many recommendations on here for protein shakes & mixes and juice but what is available in Edmonton, Alberta?  What and where would you recommend I go?

Congratulations on getting date! I found that a lot of the items are not available here, but I live away from a city. Both GNC and popeyes carry a lot of different types of powders and some pre-mixed drinks too. Also, a lot of people enjoy the Premier shakes from Costco. My tastes didn't actually change, I still hate the drinks...but try to get one down I'm the morning, otherwise there is no way that I'd be able to get my protein in. You could try to order the sample packs, but I didn't because of shipping and the time it takes to get things here. I booked my surgery quickly, so was against the clock on that.
