Whatcha eatin' today VSGers? Sunday

Well, after I posted yesterday, I got the MUNCHIES really bad.  I staved them off for the most part, but ate more than what i had planned.  Ugh.  Today is a new and better day!  I already boiled some eggs so I can have the whites as a low cal snack for the next few days.  Preparation and planning is key for me.

LND: pork taco meat, refried beans, chips and salsa
LNS: 5 coconut M&Ms

B: protein shake
S: 2.5 oz cheese (when i logged this I was shocked at how many calories!  yowza!)
L: 2 oz pork country ribs
S: Starbucks skinny peppermint mocha
D: turkey/beef meatballs, 1/2 piece garlic toast
S: herbal tea, hard boiled egg whites

water: half done, better get on it
vitamins: yep
exercise: about to walk the dogs

 for breakfast I had a protien shake w/coffee for lunch I am baking Cod w/lemon, fresh sage and thyme, garlic and black eyed peas. My kids are actually eating alot of my high protein meals. For dinner turkey meatball/spaghetti sauce & mozzarella cheese...gotta get to the GYM before 3 p.m.

It's only noon but this is what my PLAN is... as you can see I have such a WIDE variety in my meals... oh yeahhh

LNS: 1/2 cheese stick, 2 pieces of deli meat
LND: 1 1/2 oz tuna w egg, 2-3 cheese crisps

B: 1/2 cheese stick, 2 pieces of deli meat
S: Nectar protein shake with 4 oz almond milk
L: 1/2 cheese stick, 2 pieces of deli meat (I really like to mix things up huh??)
S: premier protein shake (11 oz)
D: 1 1/2 oz tuna w egg, 2-3 cheese crisps

I really have no interest in food, so this is what I eat...

LND: (out dinner with family) 3 steam shrimp dumplings, 1 cup lobster bisque soup, 2 scoops lemon raspberry sorbet
LNS: Isopure Smoothie Pomegranate Berry
LNWorkout: 40min elliptical (vigorous), 20min treadmill ( running, moderate)

B: Isopure Smoothie Pomegranate Berry
S: 1/2 cup Tuna (Salt & Pepper)
L: 1/2 cup Chili & 1 Cracker Barrell Cheese Stick
S: 1 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, 1tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, Equal Packet
D: Mini Lean Turkey Meatloaf Balls (1.5 balls), 1/4 cup S/F jello
S: EAS Advantedge Carb Control Shake - Cafe Caramel
Fluids: Benefiber S/F Kiwi Strawberry in 16.9floz Water x2
Vitamins: Centrum, b12, 2 x calcium chews
Workout: 40min elliptical, 20min run

B: premier protein shake

activity:  2+ hour bike ride

L: Salad made with a small amount of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, carrot, avocado, blue cheese dressing with about 2 oz. slice filet mignon on top.  YUM

D: Who knows??  I really have to go shopping today.
