cheese crisps?!?!?!

I have heard about the fat free cheese u put on parchment paper and heat it up in the microwave....not sure what I am doing wrong, but mine will not come out right....any ideas as to what I could be doing wrong??

fat free doesn't melt so well. try 2%. when i use fat free i put them on for a minute and make them like a cracker.

dang! thanks! I knew something was wrong LOL....the fat free def does not melt well....mine wont even go like a cracker

No go on the fat free cheese. I think that's what you're doing wrong.

To be crisp, they need to look a little brown. I never use fat free just regular or low fat. The benefit is the majority of the fat is left on the parchment paper!

 You can also use a shiny paper plate without the parchment paper.  Double duty for the paper plate - cookin' and servin'.  

I do notice that different cheese take different times, so keep an eye on it.
