L: turkey meatballs (3oz) with onions & red peppers
S: dark chocolate with almond nugget
D: tuna casserole (with spinach and onions)
S: 1/2 small green apple and almonds

exercise: day off

D: cheese crisp nachos with retried beans and shredded chicken in green sauce
Will have half a protein shake to finish the eve.
Water: 32oz and still going
