Not losing any weight for a while...but

I've been on what appears to be an up and down losing thing.
I lose 3 lbs and gain 2 back!
I've also been measuring. I keep track of this for encouragement and I haven't lost any inches even with the last 5 lbs!

But with all the running on the treadmill and weight lifting it appears that what I have is shifting up a bit and tightening up. It's a neat feeling.

And....

I fit into a size 10 nicely...I cant figure it out but I'm not complaining.
Well, a little about the lack of weight loss but I'll win this weeks war too.

Hello Donna,
Don't forget muscle is heaver than fat so maybe your building more muscle with the weight training. Toning is a good thing too. Great job.

Toning up is a good thing! We tend to forget that WLS is also about other things than just a number on a scale. It's the overall picture you need to focus on. Great job!
