I agree with What Briar Rose said
you satisfy a craving and move on.

I had one piece of pizza last friday nite and was full. Was it bad??? I mean, maybe I think different from some others here, but I'm in this for the long run and pizza is not off my diet. I eat good food now, low fat, protein shakes, etc In my diet plan from my doctor it doesn't exclude pizza, our sleeve limits us from eating several pieces is all. Last nite I made a pizza and ate 1.5 slices of thin crust with mushrooms and cheese. Was ok, needed some variety. I think if we stay away from foods we love, it makes it harder to eat healthy. I don't crave anything. I used to eat 6 eggs fried with 6 peices of bacon. I eat one egg now, fried in pam and no bacon and have no craving for bacon at all. But I think If I told myself that I could not eat bacon it would become a craving for me. Just the way I think. If this sleeve diet eliminated everything that I used to think was good I would have fallen off the wagon by now. I excersize every day, be it walking or work and the pounds keep falling off. So I think it's a learning poccess about healthy foods verses the not so healthy like pizza and can be eated but not daily. To think I have to live on soy and shakes? I'd rather be fat. LOL As long as you make healthy choices and the sleeve limits your intake, it's all good.
I'm not racing with the scale, I beleive it's a lifestyle change. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

long time no see girl! We all have slips- I ate half of a sandwich from Jasons Deli yesterday. I was horrified to find out it was 450 calories for a HALF when I got home. Needless to say, I went to bed hungry last night! ;)

Thank you everyone for your kind words of encouragement. I needed that! I will definitely take everything you said to heart. I know i learned from it fo sho!

It was little ceasers by the by- so I guess kinda thin crust, definitely not thick crust. And I was super full after one slice, possibly less than that, but I hung out in the break room at work to slowly nibble my way into a total of 1.5 slices. Oh well, I learned.

I had an amazing workout last night which helped me feel not so so bad, then I had a soupy for dinner. Today is a new day. So far I am working on a nonfat latte from s-bucks...

None of us is perfect and we are all going to F up. The most important thing is get back on track. Add the pizza to your total daily intake and move on.
I have made huge life changes, but I don't think that I will never ever have a piece of pizza again. I know that I will never have an entire pizza again lol.

Get back on the wagon.
