If I remember right, they're 22 g of carbs and 17 g of that is fiber.  You get all your fiber for the day with the one bar.  They run between 160-220 calories per bar, and I often just eat half.  They've been great for after workouts.

B: egg mcmuffin. no cheese and no muffin. took all the fun out of it, but it was delish!

B- insides of a chipotle chicken ta****hicken, pico, black beans)
L-roasted chicken leg with BBQ sauce for lube. Bite of mixed steered veggies
D- another chicken leg I made 8 lol

Water- lacking been super busy
Vitamins- taking the before dinner

L: protein shake-Muscle Milk
S: 2 oz shrimp scampy
D: Baked Haddock 2oz, half of small boiled potatoe in butter
S: baked haddock 1-2oz

Vits: you bet
Excersize: I'm on the go from 5:30am to dark
Water? I forgot that part today. LOL

L 1 1/2 oz tuna
S  protein drink
D 2 oz fish

L: 2 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese
S: Rice cake (I know, but not horrible), mini brie
D: Pizza toppings on half of a toasted flat out
S: Coffee later, gonna be a late night, maybe a small slice of cake (Hubby's 40th bday is today)

water: Meh, I'll get it in, but grudgingly
vitamins: on track
exercise: 2 miles on the treadmill
